The Ring Pointillist Student Yi Sang & Outis' interaction with E.G.O Gifts will be adjusted.
The following changes will be applied with the May 23rd (KST) Scheduled Update.

▶ Before
- Skills that randomly inflict Burn, Bleed, Tremor, Rupture, and Sinking count as Skills that inflict all of the above Keywords.
- The Identity counts as an Identity that inflicts all of the above Keywords.

▶ After
- Skills that randomly inflict Burn, Bleed, Tremor, Rupture, and Sinking no longer count as Skills that inflict all of the above Keywords due to the said effect.
- The Identity counts only as an Identity that inflicts Bleed.
- For E.G.O Gifts that activate on the conditional that this unit inflicts Burn, Bleed, Tremor, Rupture, or Sinking: these E.G.O Gifts' effects activate ONLY when each of those respective status effects are inflicted after a random selection.

1) E.G.O Gifts that no longer activate for these units after the changes

▶ Soothe the Dead
- Effect: Encounter Start : This Gift activates when 5 or more Identities have Attack Skills that apply Burn Potency, Count, or 'Unique Burn' effects. (Not counting E.G.O Skills)
→ Does not count - Because these Identities count only as Identities that inflict Bleed, they do not count toward activating this E.G.O Gift's effects.

▶ Melted Paraffin
- Effect: When winning a Clash with a Skill that inflicts Burn Potency, Count, or 'Unique Burn', inflict (# of remaining Coins/2) Burn Potency on the target.
→ Does not count - Because these Identities do not have a Skill effect that is solely dedicated to inflicting Burn, they do not activate this E.G.O Gift's effects.

2) E.G.O Gifts that activate for these units after the changes

▶ Bloody Mist
- Effect: Encounter Start : This Gift Activates when 5 or more Identities have Attack Skills that inflict Bleed Potency, Count, or 'Unique Bleed' effects. (Not counting E.G.O Skills).
→ Counts - Because these Identities count as Identities that inflict Bleed, they do count toward activating this E.G.O Gift's effects.

▶ Wound Clerid
- Effect: When hitting an enemy with a Skill that inflicts Bleed Potency or 'Unique Bleed', inflict 4 Bleed Potency.
→ Counts - Because these Identities' Skills inflict Bleed outside the random conditionals, they do activate this E.G.O Gift's effects.

▶ Thunderbranch
- Effect: When inflicting Rupture Potency with Skill effects, Inflict 1 Rupture Potency and +1 Rupture Count on the target.
→ Counts, with a condition - When these Identities inflict Rupture after the random selection, they will activate this E.G.O Gift's effects. However, they will not activate when not inflicting Rupture.

The Ring Pointillist Student Yi Sang & Outis will both gain a new Passive entry to clarify the above changes.

- Passive Name: Bleed Identity
- Passive Effect: This Identity only counts as an 'Identity that inflicts Bleed'. This Identity's Skills that randomly inflict Burn, Bleed, Tremor, Rupture, and Sinking do not count as Skills that inflict each respective Keyword.

With these changes deploying with the May 23rd (KST) Scheduled Update, The Ring Pointillist Student Yi Sang & Outis Identities will have their Identity Levels & Uptie Tiers reset. Any resources spent to upgrade those Identities will be refunded to your account via the in-game Inbox.

Level & Uptie Reset Information

When you log in after the May 23rd (Thu) Scheduled Update, The Ring Pointillist Student Yi Sang & Outis' Levels and Uptie Tiers will be reset as follows.

- Identity Uptie Tiers: Reset to Uptie Tier 1
- Identity Levels: Reset to Level 1

With this reset, the following resources will be refunded to your account. They will be refunded to your account via the in-game Inbox.

- Threads and Egoshards used to Uptie the Identities
- Identity Training Tickets equal to the amount of Identity EXP gained

E.g.)

- For The Ring Pointillist Yi Sang at Uptie 4 :
250(20+80+150) Thread refunded; 50 Egoshards refunded

- For The Ring Pointillist Yi Sang at Level 42 :
Identity Training Tickets equal to the amount of EXP required to reach Level 42 + current amount of EXP gained since reaching Level 42 compensated (Rounded up)

If you have already acquired your Identity Uptie Story Lunacy before the reset, then you cannot obtain additional Lunacy when you Uptie them and view the story again after the reset.
