Currently, there is an issue where 'R.B. Sous-chef Gregor' Identity can be obtained from Target Extraction: Ishmael.

Because the Identity is a 'Season 1 Event Identity', he was supposed to appear only in Gregor's Target Extractions. However, there was a mistake in the process of creating and proofreading Ishmael's Target Extraction Table, causing him to appear in Ishmael's Target Extraction.

Because the internal Extraction rate data and the chart visible in the "Probabilities → Detailed Rates" menu are synced, you can see that the Identity is a part of the Extractable Identities list.

We sincerely apologize to all managers who have Extracted from Ishmael's Target Extraction, and we apologize for causing this inconvenience in the Extractions.

We attempted to fix this issue as soon as possible via a hotfix, but we are currently unable to deploy a hotfix due to the work of updating the game engine version as per the Google Play Store's policies. Please refer to the explanation below for more information.

Proceeding with the hotfix, which involves rolling back the current version update progress, may cause the following issues:

- Client Build & Review Submission issues caused by engine version rollback
- An issue where the game resources do not download properly on the current live version of the game
- An issue where an unintended full resource redownload (approx. 8GB) may occur

Therefore, while we can attempt to finish the version update via this week's Build and deploy the corrected version after the Sep. 5th (KST) Scheduled Update, the Target Extraction in question ends on Sep. 5th, 10:00 (KST), which means that the issue will not be fixed in time.

Please note that this issue where 'R.B. Sous-chef Gregor's Identity appears in Target Extraction: Ishmael will not be corrected for the above reasons. Managers planning to Extract from the said Extraction, please note the above information.

Plans to improve Target Extraction list verification process

We intend to improve the Target Extraction list verification process to prevent the same issue from occurring again in the Extractions. Our previous monitoring system could automatically catch cases in which the internal data causes a game progression error, but we did not have a separate system prepared in case there were no progression errors.

We will develop a monitoring system that can not only catch progression errors but also issues in the contents of the internal data so that no similar issue occurs again.
